Reading Sri Aurobindo’s works will reveal to us his genius, penetrating power of intellect and expression, his sincerity and singleness of purpose. In the realm of the mind, Sri Aurobindo brings the unlimited into the limited.
Sri Aurobindo actively participated in the freedom struggle and national awakening from 1900 to 1910. From 1910 to 1950 – a span of forty years, He completely retired from public life and settled in Pondicherry.

Renunciation of life is not part of His Yoga.
